Childhood hides, under covers
Dreams are listless, lifeless now
But through a peep hole, inside the heart,
Childhood watches
The time of reckoning
Will come again
Laughter reeks
In silent places
And merriness rings out clear
In the wilderness
A voice
Rises above the restless noon
Childhood is just around the corner,
It awaits the second coming
A return to naivety
Innocence and lack of gloom
